If international actors—from bilateral aid agencies and multilateral development banks to private philanthropies and multinational corporations—are to live up to their rhetoric of supporting locally-led development, they must learn to see from the perspectives of their counterparts in the Global South. This report provides 360-degree feedback for international actors to adapt assistance to help partner countries plan, fund, and implement solutions to their own development challenges.
