Mika'il is an environmental management practitioner with more than 9 years of experience and has had the privilege of managing and contributing to numerous projects that have a demonstrable impact on society.
He was also the youngest member of the team that reviewed Nigeria's National Drought Plan in 2018. Mika'il founded the Drylands Initiative for Ecosystem Restoration and Capacity Building (DINERCAB) in 2017 with the support of two other friends. He is currently working as a Supervisor, Climate Smart Agriculture and Renewable Energy with the Nigerian Incentive Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL). Mika'il is knowledgeable in climate finance, stakeholder engagement, community resource mapping, and sustainable land use management.
