Sarker Mazharul Mannan works as a Staff Correspondent for Jamuna Television in Rangpur, Bangladesh.

As a mentee of the GCA/BBC Media Training Program, Mannan produced a story reflecting the lifelong struggles of the people living on the bank of Teesta River and their small collective efforts to tackle the impacts.

He also reported on how the local farmers of Pamlarhat, Rangpur have turned their luck around by shifting from double cropping to multiple cropping systems.
